The word Theology comes from two Greek words
Theos which is the Greek word for God
Logos which means word or Discourse
Theology then is the Teaching or Study of God
We are to make a science out of it
Science - is a systematically organized body of
knowledge about a particular subject
In general, Theology refers to the whole realm of Christian doctrine
Specifically speaking; it refers to the Doctrine of God in particular
This is called Theology Proper
